Welcome to Evergreen Condos
We have always loved the beach, so in 2007 we bought our first condo. Romar Place 1103 (Evergreen) 1 fantasic daughter, 1 great son in law, 4 grand kids and more wonderful memories then we can count we decided to purchase a second condo in the same building on the same floor. The name Evergreen goes back to the year 1976. Our first date was to see the movie “A Star Is Born” with Barbara Streisand and Kris Kristofferson the song “Evergreen” has been “Our song” for the last 43 years. We hope you love our condo as much as we do.
1101 Condo
Unit 1101 is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with a wrap around gulf front balcony and incredible views.
Master bedroom is a King size bed with an en-suite bathroom.
2nd Masterbedroom with a king size bed a bathroom and a private balcony. And a guest room with a full size bunk bed with a twin size trundle with an en-suite bathroom.
All the rooms are decorated in a cozy and bright feeling to make it a relaxing vacation.

Location
Our Condos are located in Romar place, which is in the west side of Orange beach. The condos are beachfront, with many amenities in the facility to enjoy. The outdoor pool has a built in kids shallow area. There is an indoor pool area and a separate Jacuzzi. In the same area there is a sauna room and by the front desk there is a small exercise room.
The complex is a walking distance from eateries and entertainment places on Perdido beach boulevard.
